- Deb Debdebdeb Added January 22, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very poor after sales service, I bought a 1510mm shenseki inset bathtub and noticed a bubble near the waste after it was installed. It came with no sticker on the side of the tub as decina claim it should have. I put in a warranty request and someone called me back 2 weeks later and said they would come take the tub out and I have to have the new one reinstalled, if only it was that easy it's fully tiled. I asked for a repair and was completely ignored, be careful about buying from decina their after sales service is non existent.
