  Our lesson learnt to check products before leaving the store. We needed to swap a product for a smaller size. It was still in its original packaging. The store opened it up to check for scratches prior to return. Turns out the corners were bent and it had marks left on the surface from where the metal surface had been joined underneath. Felt like we had been sold a dud as he knew where to look and wouldn’t therefore accept a swap.  Make sure you check your product before you purchase!

  I have used these guys a couple of times and had problems both of them. I found them helpful but dishonest. They have charged me one price because I was in desperate situation (which for the item seemed expensive, but i was desperate) and when I called up a couple of days later to price the same item, as i thought it was a little steep, the price had dropped $130. The two mid range toilets i purchased from them took my plumber an extra couple of hours to put in as they were just low quality. never had a problem with my plumber in 3 years except from items I purchase at budget plumbing....... hopefully you'll be a bit more honest chaps!!!
