  One of the ladies there would notify you to pick up your car last minute and would scare you with "extra charge on your hired car" if you dont comply.
  
  Even if you have complied, you will be let down when you show up knowing your car still not yet fixed.
  
  Other than Josh, no one's words on date of pick up is reliable.
  
  Shame on whoever is behind the phone or texts, I hope you will one day be the receiving end of this to realise how DISGUSTING this is

  Tried to get some parts quoted to be fitted to our Prado, red arc, fridge, solar panel. Communication is non existent. 7 weeks later I have contacted another dealership and already the customer service is 100% better.
  
  I know everyone is busy but have some customer awareness and send a simple email to update the people who bring business to you.

  Avoid at all costs!
  
  We are currently going through the complaints process as they "supposedly" serviced our car. Everything they've claimed to do was not done. We had it reviewed by a licensed and professional mechanic and have been given a report to back up our concerns. They missed major diagnostic issues. Something the other mechanic picked up within 20 seconds of opening the bonnet - his words not mine. Management are a joke. Will try to blame the customer. He is rude and arrogant as are most of the front of house staff.
  
  If you want a service with good customer care, steer clear of here. The mechanic said to drive our car minimally due to the issues he picked up. Toyota claimed they did a major service and if we carried on as normal we may have been up for even more of a loss. Also if you do decide to give them a go, make sure you're aware of costs upfront as they'll fabricate their service costs and they'll charge over 1k for work they didn't do!
  
  I would Not recommended them and if I could give no stars, that would still be more then they deserve due to how we have been ripped off and are at a financial loss due to their incompetence.

  So I arrive a bit early to drop off my car for repairs. They are closed which is understandable as I got there before 8 am.
  I noticed at about 7:35 am they assist an older white gentleman, so I get out of my car and proceed to the door thinking they might also assist me. I get to the door and it’s locked everybody avoids eye contact with me, a younger white lady walks behind me and then somebody comes to the door to assist her. The gentleman stands in the doorway and says to me that I have to stand outside. He locks the door and gives the young lady a seat in the waiting area which I can see through the glass door.
  By the way I’m a black guy so yeah.
  
  This is at drop off for repairs so I’m hoping this is not my experience throughout the repair.

  Dropped my car off, no fuss, no stress. Toyota Cockburn have done a completely amazing job on my BT-50, front end looks better than when I bought it from Mazda, spot lights are sitting perfect ,which they never have! Thanks Toyota Cockburn, shame my car is sold !
